We chose to sell our home with Elite primarily based on the personal level of service we felt we would receive. We weren`t disappointed. Having not been familiar with the company when we picked up a card from our doormat asking for the opportunity to sell our house we almost ignored it. However I telephoned and arranged to them. First impressions are important, the person you meet is going to be representing you and your home to possible buyers. This person must be right. Other companies we have viewed with, and there have been many, seem to think it acceptable to send someone unfamiliar with a property and lacking in knowledge in the vague hope "viewers" will buy something rather expensive from them. Selling your home is both an exciting and traumatic time all rolled into one. There are days of expectancy and disappointment.
