We chose to sell our home with Elite primarily based on the personal level of service we felt we would receive. We weren`t disappointed. Having not been familiar with the company when we picked up a card from our doormat asking for the opportunity to sell our house we almost ignored it. However I telephoned and arranged to them. First impressions are important, the person you meet is going to be representing you and your home to possible buyers. This person must be right. Other companies we have viewed with, and there have been many, seem to think it acceptable to send someone unfamiliar with a property and lacking in knowledge in the vague hope "viewers" will buy something rather expensive from them. With Elite we knew viewings at our home would be handled in a fashion we would want. With Elite we were confident that the right type of person would be representing our home. Selling your home is both an exciting and traumatic time all rolled into one. There are days of expectancy and disappointment. We found Elite to be professional in their dealings with us on both of these day types! There is always the disappointment of dealing with those people who feel they can push a "deal" from you after an offer has been accepted....Elite are prepared for this scenario....and there is no finer feeling than achieving a sale to alternative buyer! I would have no hesitation in recommending Elite for their knowledge of the housing market and their personal commitment to their customers. Believe me there will be days when you need it!
