We have had a completely painful period selling our house (due to buyers pulling out, previous poor service from a different provider, bad advice, deed issues and covid), you name it we have had it. I can honestly say without Elite Homes I don't think we would have got it over the line. Their assessment of the property and then staging and photography far surpassed our previous experience, their communication skills in terms of keeping us in the loop and also working with the other parties involved was outstanding. The little touches of staging and advice to do with selling our home and making it the most presentable property (the little tweaks that make a big difference) I think was what sold our home in the end.
