From the outset Helen and Paul had an infectious enthusiasm, a passion and commitment which made the sale of our home an exciting and enjoyable prospect compared to the tense experience we were expecting. Helen did extensive research into the market in our area before she even saw our property and she was able to give us expert tips on how to best present our property for sale. Her attention to detail is exceptional, she thought of everything! Helen managed viewings to cause us minimal inconvenience and only dealt with prospective buyers who were in a good position to proceed. Helen and Paul gave us regular detailed updates and were always easily reachable, even for the smallest query. We are enormously grateful to Helen and Paul for always going the extra mile and for their commitment to taking the stress out of the whole process. We would not use anyone else for a future sale!
